Ordinance 925 <br />Page 18 <br /> <br />vulva or genitals are covered with transparent clothing, in the form of pants or panties, <br />and in addition, where the breast and the pubic hair, anus, vulva and genitals are <br />covered with transparent clothing. <br /> <br />h. To permit the showing of film, still pictures, electronic reproduction or other visual <br />reproductions depicting: <br /> <br />(1) Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, <br />oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. <br /> <br />(2) Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks, anus or <br />genitals. <br /> <br />(3) Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or anus or the genitals. <br /> <br />(4) Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict or <br />drawings are employed to portray any of the prohibited activities described <br />above. <br /> <br />(5) To permit any employee or person under contract to perform on the premises or <br />to dance on any table, bar or other elevated platform, except on a duly <br />designated stage designed exclusively for the entertainment of patrons of the <br />premises, said stage to be located at least three (3) feet from any patron. <br /> <br />Subd. 8. Sale or Consumption in Public or on Public Land or Streets: No intoxicating <br />liquor shall be sold or consumed in any public place not holding an on-sale or off-sale <br />license. No liquor shall be sold or consumed on a public street, in an automobile or on <br />public land. (1988 Code §100.10) (Amended, Ord. 843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />502.14: MINORS: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Employment of Minors: No person under the age of eighteen (18) shall be <br />permitted to sell or serve intoxicating liquor in any on-sale or off-sale establishment. <br />(1988 Code §100.09) (Amended, Ord. 843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Purchase of Liquor; Misrepresentation of Age: No person under the age of <br />twenty one (21) shall misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of obtaining liquor. No <br />person under the age of twenty one (21) shall enter any premises licensed under this <br />Chapter in order to procure intoxicating liquor or to consume or purchase or attempt to <br />purchase or have others purchase for the person under the age of twenty one (21) such <br />beverages on licensed premises.
