Inducing Persons Under the Age of twenty one (21) to Purchase Liquor: No <br />person shall induce a person under the age of twenty one (21) to purchase or procure <br />liquor. (Amended, Ord. 843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Procuring Liquor for Persons Under the Age of twenty one (21): No person <br />shall give to, procure or purchase liquor for any person under the age of twenty one (21) <br />or any other person to whom the sale of intoxicating liquors is forbidden by law. <br />(1988 Code §100.10) (Amended, Ord. 843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />502.15: ZONING RESTRICTIONS: No license shall be issued for premises located <br />within the areas restricted against commercial use by Title 1100 of this Code. No <br />license shall be issued for premises or places in which the sale or use thereof has been <br /> <br />prohibited by the Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340A. (1988 Code §100.11) (Amended, <br />Ord. 843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />502.16: SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Cause for Suspension: The Council may suspend or revoke any liquor license <br />for violation of any provision or condition of this Chapter or any State law regulating the <br />sale of intoxicating liquors and shall revoke such license if the licensee willfully violates <br />any provision of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340A or this Chapter. (Amended, Ord. <br />843, 5-20-10) <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Written Notice: Except in the case of a suspension pending a hearing on <br />revocation, revocation or suspension by the Council shall be preceded by written notice <br />to the licensee, and a public hearing shall be held. The notice shall give at least eight <br />(8) days’ notice of the time and place of the hearing and shall state the nature of the <br />charges against the licensee. Suspension Pending Hearing: The Council may, without any advance notice, <br />suspend any license pending a hearing on revocation for a period not exceeding thirty <br />(30) days. (1988 Code §100.12) <br /> <br />502.17: VIOLATION OF PROVISIONS: Any person violating any provision of this <br />Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
