In accordance <br />with Section 3.47 of the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Mr. Swalchick is authorized a <br />compensatory time cash payout totaling $371.91. This is calculated at 15.40 hours times his <br />hourly rate of $24.15/hour. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends approving Resolution 8621 in accordance with Sections 3.45 and 3.47 of <br />the Mounds View Personnel Manual.
