<br /> <br />DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS <br />(A) Proficient in Microsoft Access. <br />(B) Experience using PermitWorks and LaserFiche. <br />(C) Permit Technician Vocational Certificate or related course work. <br />(D) Multiple years of experience in a municipal building. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />None. <br /> <br />TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED <br />Phone system and voice mail retrieval, switchboard; personal computer and various <br />applications, and proprietary permit software; copy machine; scanner; postage <br />machine; fax machine; microfiche and microfilm readers;; calculator. <br /> <br />PHYSICAL DEMANDS <br />The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by <br />an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
