Public Hearing: Consider Resolution 8639, approving the Preliminary and 37 <br />Final Plat of a Major Subdivision of “Steil Addition”, consisting of two lots, 38 <br />located at 2940 County Road H2, and 7255 Hidden Hollow Court. 39 <br /> 40 <br />City Administrator Ericson stated the applicants Tim and Kelly Steil own two adjacent properties 41 <br />that back up to each other. The Steil’s are requesting to move the common property line, thereby 42 <br />increasing the size of their backyard at their residence at 7255 Hidden Hollow Court. No new 43 <br />lots or roads will be created. He explained that because the two lots involved exceed two acres 44
