Reports of Mayor and Council. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Council Member Mueller stated she would be attending a conference at the League of Minnesota 31 <br />Cities on Wednesday. She explained the training would be about how to manage contentious 32 <br />meetings and appropriate ways to handle contentious crowds. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Council Member Meehlhause reported NYFS was accepting nominations for candidates based on 35 <br />their contributions to youth. He thanked Police Chief Harder for already submitting an 36 <br />application based on the contributions of a Mounds View Police Officer. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Council Member Meehlhause wished all Mounds View residents and staff a Happy 39 <br />Thanksgiving. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Council Member Gunn stated there would be an I-35W Coalition meeting on Thursday.
