Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission Jerry Kunz Cindy Palm Planning Commission Gary Rundle Police Civil Service Commission Kathryn Ann Smith Discussion: Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission: Staff received (3) appointment applications: Jerry Kunz, Cindy Palm and Brittney Rademacher The Park, Recreation and Forestry Commission recommended reappointing Jerry Kunz and Cindy Palm. Planning Commission: Staff received two (2) applications from Brittney Rademacher and Gary Rundle. The last Planning Commission Meeting was canceled, and therefore, no recommendation was made by the Planning Commission. Police Civil Service Commission: Staff received one (1) application from Kathryn Ann Smith. Staff recommends reappointing Kathryn Ann Smith. There continues to be one (1) open seat on the Police Civil Service Commission. Staff will continue to recruit for this seat. Recommendation: Attached are all the submitted applications to these Commissions. It is recommended that the City Council consider these applications, and approve appointments to their respective commission. It is also recommended that City Council make an appointment for Planning Commission without the Planning Commission’s recommendation. Attached is Resolution 8682 for your consideration.
