Overall the project was approximately $40,000 under the estimated cost which is mostly <br />attributed to the quantity reductions during construction. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Public Works and Stantec Consulting, Inc. recommend that the City Council adopt the attached <br />resolution to accept the construction work and release final payment of $283,556.99 for the <br />2015 Street and Utility Improvement Project – Area H (City Project No. 2014-C04) pending <br />receipt of all final paperwork and releases. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />Brian Erickson – Public Works Director/City Engineer
