Resolution 8324, a Resolution of Appreciation for Mike and Julie Osegaro. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Mayor Flaherty read a Resolution of Appreciation in full recognizing Mike and Julie Osegaro for 38 <br />their volunteer efforts on the Festival in the Park Committee.
