A number of questions were raised by both Council and industry representatives <br /> which Council directed staff to research and to incorporate into the Ordinance. The Ordinance <br /> before Council tonight reflects those changes, which have been shaded in grey for easy reference. <br /> 40 The changes highlighted within the Ordinance are as follows: <br /> • Page 5: Height limits have been increased to 150 feet within industrial districts and <br /> industrial PUDs. No co-location bonus given. <br /> • Page 6: "e" now reflects the possibility that a service provider may be unable to seek out <br /> all possible building or tower owners. <br /> • Page 6: "f' has been reworded to improve and enhance the clarity and intent of the clause. <br /> • Page 7: New setback requirement of half the height of the tower for properties abutting a <br /> residential distric has been added. <br /> • Page 8: New Subd. 8 added, relating to antennae mounted on sides of buildings or <br /> structures other than towers. Succeeding subdivisions are renumbered as a result. <br /> • Page 10: Language requiring a report and plan from a qualified and registered engineer <br /> moved from the CUP requirements to building permit requirements <br /> • Page 12: Sections 6 through 14 have been reordered to reflect their occurrence within the <br /> Code.
