ORDINANCE NO. 588 <br /> • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> • <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1124 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING <br /> CODE RELATING TO THE LOCATION AND DESIGN OF <br /> WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES <br /> WITHIN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1: Section 1124.01 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> 1124.01: AUTHORITY. This Seutio,r is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to the <br /> 71 <br /> PURPOSE: The zoning regulation of wireless telecommunications facilities is <br /> intended to provide for the appropriate location, development and installation of • <br /> telecommunications towers and antennae within the City of Mounds View("City").
