To Waive the Second Reading and Adopt Ordinance 895, 6 <br />Code Amendment to Zoning Code Title 1100, Chapter 1116, for I-1, Industrial Zoning District 7 <br />Uses and direct staff to publish the Ordinance summary. 8 <br /> 9 <br />ROLL CALL: Gunn/Hull/Meehlhause/Mueller. 10 <br /> 11 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 12 <br /> 13 <br />B. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing for the Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 14 <br />896, Code Amendments to Zoning Code Title 1100 for Renewable Energy 15 <br />Systems – ROLL CALL VOTE. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Planning Associate Heller stated the Council would be holding the Second Reading for an 18 <br />Ordinance Code Amendment for Renewable Energy Systems. She discussed the proposed 19 <br />language changes noting the revisions would simplify the code. Resolution 8367, Approving Transfers Between Funds for 2014. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Finance Director Beer stated each year the Council adopts several transfers between funds and 40 <br />these transfers are adopted by the Council at year end. He reviewed the proposed fund transfers 41 <br />in detail with the Council and recommended approval. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Council Member Meehlhause asked if the City would have any complications in decertifying TIF 44 <br />District #3. Finance Director Beer reported there would be no complications. 45
