Oath of Office Ceremony for Police Officers Riley Solz and Andrew 34 <br />Ronning. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Police Chief Kinney introduced Riley Solz and Andrew Ronning to the City Council. He 37 <br />commended these officers for their courage in entering the law enforcement field. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Police Chief Kinney administered the Oath of Office to newly appointed Police Officers Riley 40 <br />Solz and Andrew Ronning. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mayor Flaherty welcomed each officer to the City of Mounds View and thanked them for their 43 <br />willingness to serve the community.
