Ms. Lee 5 <br />reported that she worked from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Mayor Flaherty questioned if any of Ms. Lee’s clients would be following her to her new 8 <br />practice. Resolution 8437, Approving the Remodel of Community Center Offices and 19 <br />Prep Kitchen. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Public Works Supervisor Peterson requested the Council approve the remodel of the Community 22 <br />Center offices and prep kitchen. He discussed the remodeling plans in further detail with the 23 <br />Council along with the estimates received from contractors. Staff recommended that the Council 24 <br />approve the remodel. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Council Member Mueller asked if the items in the storage room had another area to be housed 27 <br />since this area would become the prep kitchen. Public Works Supervisor Peterson commented 28 <br />that an area behind the gym has been cleaned out to store these items. 29 <br /> 30 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. Resolution 8438, Approve the Purchase and Installation of an Under Body 39 <br />Plow on Unit #445 and Upgrade Plow Controls on Unit #447. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Public Works Supervisor Peterson stated Public Works was always seeking ways to improve its 42 <br />services and to create efficiencies when it comes to snow and ice removal. He explained how an 43 <br />underbody scraper would greatly assist decreasing the amount of ice on the streets while also 44 <br />reducing the need for salt.
