<br />RESOLUTION 8478 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE BOLTON AND MENK TO PROCEED WITH DESIGN FOR CSAH 10 TRAIL <br />SEGMENTS 6 AND 11. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View developed the County Road 10 Corridor Improvement <br />Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Segments 6 and 11 of the Corridor Improvement Program are part of the 2016 <br />Capital Improvement Plan; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. was awarded the design of CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 & 11 <br />by City Council on May 26, 2015 via Resolution 8420; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a proposed layout has been presented for CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 & 11; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. is prepared to continue the design process for CSAH 10 <br />Trail Segments 6 & 11. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Bolton and Menk, Inc. is authorized to proceed with the design of CSAH 10 Trail Segments 6 and <br />11 as detailed their memorandum dated October 16, 2015. <br /> <br />2.
