Item No: 8A <br />Meeting Date: November 9, 2015 <br />Type of Business: Consent Agenda <br />Administrator Review: ____ <br /> <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />From: Desaree Crane, Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 8474, Approving Cost of Living <br />Adjustment/Insurance Adjustment Contribution for Non- <br />Union Employees <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council has traditionally awarded the same Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) <br />and insurance contribution to all employee groups in order to maintain internal equity. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />Staff recommends a COLA increase of 2% and a monthly insurance contribution of <br />$1010.00 for all non-union employees, effective January 1, 2016. The monthly <br />insurance contribution is currently $990.00 for 2015.
