<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8474 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT (COLA)/ INSURANCE <br />CONTRIBUTION ADJUSTMENT FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually approved <br />by Council Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same cost of living <br />adjustment and insurance contribution to all employee groups in order to maintain <br />internal equity; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff recommends a COLA increase of 2% and a monthly insurance <br />contribution of $1010.00 for all non-union employees, effective January 1, 2016 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />hereby approves a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) effective January 1, 2016, and <br />a monthly insurance contribution of $1010.00 for all non-union employees, effective <br />January 1, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 9th day of November, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
