<br />Recommendation: <br />Engineering staff and the Streets and Utilities Committee conclude that the preceding appeals do not <br />meet any of the physical or hardship parameters with the appeal must be based upon; therefore it is <br />recommended that the City Council adopt the attached resolution that will deny the SIP appeals <br />received in Area I of the Street and Utiltiy Improvement Program. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />Brian Erickson – Director of Public Works/City Engineer
