Reports of Mayor and Council. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Council Member Mueller was delighted to report that at 8:00 a.m. this morning new asphalt was 29 <br />being laid on Groveland Road. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Meehlhause reported the BioLife Open House would be held on Tuesday, 32 <br />October 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Council Member Meehlhause indicated the Mounds View Business Council would be meeting 35 <br />on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 7:30 a.m. at the Mounds View Community Center. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Council Member Meehlhause stated he would be attending an NYFS Board meeting this week to 38 <br />discuss insurance options. He encouraged the public to participate in the NYFS Taste of 39 <br />Northeast event on Thursday, October 22, 2015. The event would be held at Vadnais Heights 40 <br />Commons and tickets were $30 in advance. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mayor Flaherty explained the North Suburban Cable Commission met earlier this month in 43 <br />Roseville and approved a CenturyLink franchise agreement. The franchise will now be reviewed 44 <br />by the nine member cities. 45
