<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8496 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br />ANDREW RONNING <br />MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Andrew Ronning resigned from the Mounds View Police Department <br />effective November 25, 2015; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 36.30 hours; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused compensatory time is 3.50 hours; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Andrew Ronning’s current rate of pay is $23.89 per hour; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor <br />Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused vacation time will be 36.30 <br />accrued/unused vacation hours x his hourly rate of $23.89 = $867.21; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor <br />Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused compensatory time will be <br />3.50 accrued/unused compensatory hours x his hourly rate of $23.89 = $83.62. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves a one-time payout of vacation time to Andrew Ronning not to exceed $867.21, in <br />accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves a <br />one-time payout of vacation time to Andrew Ronning not to exceed $83.62, in accordance <br />with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
