Public Works Group Labor Agreement <br />April 14, 2014 <br />Page 3 <br />Article 31: Term <br />The term of this agreement would be three years. The previous agreement was for two <br />years. The three-year agreement would be consistent with the length of the police <br />agreements. <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended the City Council approve Resolution 8243, approving the labor <br />agreement with the Public Works Group effective January 1, 2014, through December 31, <br />2016. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />James Ericson <br />City Administrator <br />
