Article 23: Standby Duty <br />New clause added: <br />Probationary employees with a minimum of six (6) months of service, and the <br />approval of the public works supervisor, can be added to the on-call rotation. <br />7. Article 28: Wages <br />All employees will receive a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment in each of the years of the <br />Agreement. In addition, consistent with the findings of the Compensation Study, the <br />Maintenance Workers will receive a 4.45% adjustment to apply retroactively to <br />January 1, 2014. This market rate adjustment does not apply to the Custodian <br />position. <br />8. Article 31: Term <br />The term of this agreement would be three years. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve a three-year Labor Agreement with the Public <br />Works Group effective January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2016. <br />Adopted this 141h day of April, 2014. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />FAVof:ft$ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
