RESOLUTION 8244 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Approving a Garbage and Rubbish Hauler Business License for <br />Nitti Sanitation, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, in the past, Advanced Disposal conducted Spring and Fall Clean-up <br />Days for the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, Advanced Disposal is no longer able to assist the City in this year's <br />Spring Clean-up Day, which is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff contacted Ramsey County Recycling, and was recommended <br />to use Nitti Sanitation, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, it is required that Nitti Sanitation, Inc., obtain a Garbage and <br />Rubbish Hauler License in accordance with the City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received all required application materials and fees from <br />Nitti Sanitation, Inc., in accordance with the City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period would be April 15, 2014- June 30, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a Garbage and Rubbish Hauler License for Nitti Sanitation for the <br />license period of April 15, 2014 to June 20, 2014. <br />Adopted this 14th day of April, 2014. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
