February 5, 2014 <br />Mr. Nick DeBar, Public Works Director <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />Proiect Schedule <br />Assuming the City Council approves the construction plans for Area G at their meeting of February 10, <br />2014, following is a proposed schedule for upcoming milestones in the project: <br />City Council Approves Plan <br />February 10, 2014 <br />Submit Updated Plans to MnDOT <br />February 14, 2014 <br />Plan Approval from MnDOT <br />February 19, 2014 <br />Advertisement in Trade Publication <br />February 20, 2014 <br />Advertisement in Official City Newspaper <br />February 20, 2014 <br />CAPROC Approval from RCWD <br />February 26, 2014 <br />Open Bids <br />March 12, 2014 <br />Award Construction Contract <br />March 24, 2014 <br />Neighborhood Preconstruction Meeting <br />April 8, 2014 <br />Construction Begins <br />May 2014 <br />Construction Complete <br />October 2014 <br />Summary <br />Based on the preceding discussion, we respectfully recommend that the draft construction plans, along <br />with the associated cost estimate and other included material, be presented to the City Council at their <br />meeting on February 10, 2014 for approval.
