Resolution 8206 <br />Page 2 <br />WHEREAS, Edgewood Middle School has received approvals from Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and the Army Corps. Of Engineers for the deck; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br />proposal: <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Wetland Map <br />C. Aerial Photograph <br />d. Staff Report <br />WHEREAS, the proposal satisfies all of the wetland alteration permit approval <br />criteria enumerated in Section 1010.08, Subdivisions 4 and 5. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the Wetland Alteration Permit requested by Edgewood Middle School, 5100 <br />Edgewood Drive, contingent upon the following: <br />1. The permit shall apply ONLY to the construction of a deck; no grading activity, <br />alteration or other development shall be allowed except by separate permit or <br />amendment hereto reviewed and approved by the Mounds View City Council. <br />2. No waste, construction or otherwise, shall be allowed to enter into the wetland or <br />any adjoining areas. <br />3.
