RVINI- •: '., <br />. .,• '.! 1. w�•�;�. ._ 1 �. 1 R i�-f _.:; .� <br />[HE MOUNDS VIETUM <br />WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the Police Sergeants (LELS <br />232, the "Union") expired at the end of 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Union held a series of negotiating sessions in an effort to <br />ratify a new agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Union has reviewed and agreed to the following terms: <br />Article 17: Insurance <br />The Citywill contribute $980 per month for health and dental insurance. The monthly contribution in <br />2015 and 2016 would be tied to increases in the premiums as follows: <br />If the Health Insurance <br />Premium Increases by <br />The Maximum Monthly City <br />Contribution will increase by: <br />Less than 1 % <br />No than e <br />1 % —to50/1 <br />+$10 <br />6% to 10% <br />+$20 <br />11 % to 15% <br />+$30 <br />Greater than 16% <br />+$40 <br />2. Article 27: Duration <br />The Agreement is for three years, effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016. <br />3.
