<br />RESOLUTION 8276 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving a Donation Collection Bin License for USAgain, LLC, to Place a <br />Donation Collection Bin at Cross of Glory Church located at 5472 Adams Street <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for licenses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, USAgain, LLC, has applied for a Donation Collection Bin <br />License to place a donation collection bin at Cross of Glory Church located at 5472 <br />Adams Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, USAgain, LLC, has submitted the proper paperwork and fees; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View Donation Collection Bin Licenses <br />must be approved by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a Donation Collection Bin License for USAgain, LLC to <br />place a donation collection bin at Cross of Glory Church <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />shall expire on December 31, 2014. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 14th day of July, 2014 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
