PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />None. 30 <br /> 31 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 32 <br /> A. Public Information Meeting for Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program 33 <br />(SWPPP) 34 <br /> 35 <br />Public Works Director DeBar explained the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) 36 <br />public informational meeting was a State mandate. He provided the Council with an overview of 37 <br />the City’s 2013 SWPPP activities. He explained the City was issued a new MS4 permit in 2013. 38 <br />Staff asked for comments or questions. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Council Member Gunn questioned how the City would monitor its phosphorous runoff. Public 41 <br />Works Director DeBar explained that calculations have been taken on the City’s current storm 42 <br />water runoff and measurements have been deemed from these calculations. 43 <br /> 44
