To Waive the Second Reading & Adopt Ordinance 888, 5 <br />Amending Title 1100 by Adding Chapter 1128, County Road 10 Corridor Overlay District and 6 <br />publish an Ordinance summary. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Council Member Meehlhause thanked staff and the Planning Commission for their work on this 9 <br />Ordinance. 10 <br /> 11 <br />ROLL CALL: Gunn/Hull/Meehlhause/Mueller/Flaherty. 12 <br /> 13 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 14 <br /> 15 <br />C. Resolution 8275, Approving a Developer’s Agreement for Longview Estates. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Planning Associate Heller requested the Council consider approval of a Developer’s Agreement 18 <br />for Longview Estates. She explained the property was being developed by Marty Harstad and 19 <br />work has already begun on the lot. She reported the final plat was being reviewed by the County. 20 <br />She noted the deadfall would be removed once the ground hardens to ensure that the wetlands are 21 <br />not damaged. Staff reviewed the Developer’s Agreement, noting several language changes and 22 <br />recommended approval. 23 <br /> 24 <br />City Attorney Riggs explained he had reviewed the Developer’s Agreement and supported the 25 <br />language modifications. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Council Member Mueller asked if the Developer’s Agreement included a requirement that the 28 <br />streets would be restored to their present condition after all construction was complete. Public 29 <br />Works Director DeBar indicated Item 203(C) would address the inspection and restoration of 30 <br />City streets. He noted the developer would have a $75,000 bond in place to cover the expense of 31 <br />any necessary street restoration. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Council Member Meehlhause asked if Outlot A would be given to the City. Planning Associate 34 <br />Heller stated this was the case noting Outlot A would be dedicated to the City on the plat. 35 <br /> 36 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. Resolution 8284, Consideration of an Appeal for a Variance Denial for a 42 <br />Second Curb Cut at 7800 Groveland Road. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Planning Associate Heller explained the Planning Commission discussed a variance request for a 45
