PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mike Reed, 2208 Louis Drive, explained he had cut down some trees in his yard recently. He 30 <br />received a complaint from his neighbors regarding the brush left in the grass. He questioned how 31 <br />perfect his yard had to be in order for him not to be harassed by his neighbors. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Mayor Flaherty stated there was a situation within his neighborhood. He understood that Mr. 34 <br />Reed took care of his yard and believed that the Code Enforcement Officer was simply reacting 35 <br />to a request. 36 <br /> 37 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 38 <br /> A. Proclamation – Constitution Week. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mayor Flaherty read a proclamation in full declaring September 17-23, 2014 to be Constitution 41 <br />Week in the City of Mounds View. 42 <br /> 43 <br />7.
