COUNCIL BUSINESS 36 <br />A. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 8299 Regarding the 37 <br />Issuance of a Revenue Note for the Benefit of Catholic Eldercare and Taking 38 <br />Actions Related Thereto. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Finance Director Beer explained that back in August the Council granted preliminary approval to 41 <br />issue conduit debt for the benefit of Catholic Eldercare in the amount of $4 million. The plan 42 <br />was to have a public hearing and grant final approval this evening. However, the group has had a 43 <br />minor issue with gaining approvals in Minneapolis. Staff recommended the Council hold a 44 <br />public hearing, take comment from the public and adopt the temporary Resolution. 45
