Mike 6 <br />Shasky, Catholic Eldercare, introduced himself to the Council and explained the site draws 7 <br />clientele mostly from the northern suburbs. 8 <br /> 9 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8299 10 <br />Regarding the Issuance of a Revenue Note for the Benefit of Catholic Eldercare and Taking 11 <br />Actions Related Thereto. 12 <br /> 13 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 14 <br /> 15 <br />B. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing, Resolution 8301, Approving the 2015 Fee 16 <br />Schedule. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane reviewed the 2015 Fee Schedule with the Council. She 19 <br />recommended the fee schedule approval be postponed to September 22nd to allow staff additional 20 <br />time to review and to include the Community Center fees. To Approve the Dog License Fees as proposed in the 2015 33 <br />Fee Schedule. 34 <br /> 35 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 36 <br /> 37 <br />C. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing, Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 892 38 <br />an Ordinance Continuing a Franchise Fee on Xcel Energy Electric and 39 <br />Natural Gas Operations within the City of Mounds View. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Finance Director Beer DeBar stated the first reading and introduction of this Ordinance was held 42 <br />in August. He recommended the Council hold the second reading and adopt Ordinance 892, 43 <br />which would continue the franchise fee for use of the City’s right-of-way with Xcel Energy 44 <br />Electric and Natural Gas for their operations in the City of Mounds View. 45
