This is appeal is submitted with regard to the proposed SIP basin #8 in front of 8305 Sunnyside Rd. <br />Based on the unique physical parameters of the property, we request the city to reconsider the planned <br />construction of the proposed basin. The topography of this property in relation to the neighboring <br />properties makes it highly susceptible to water logging and basement flooding as explained below. <br />1. The property on the south side (8291) is at least 30 to 45 inches higher than ours and is graded <br />down towards our property almost the entire southern border (starting from the front of the <br />house to the south east edge of the property).
