Resolution 8068, Approving the Hiring of Police Officers James Demko, 37 <br />Brian Smith and Brian Schultes. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Police Chief Kinney explained that the Police Department was requesting approval of three entry 40 <br />level police officers. These officers would fill the three vacancies within the department and 41 <br />would assist in staffing the department at a proper level. He discussed the recommendation 42 <br />process in detail recommending the Council approve the hire of Police Officers James Demko, 43 <br />Brian Smith and Brian Schultes. He indicated that Mr. Demko and Mr. Smith would be hired 44 <br />March 18th and Mr. Schultes would be hired on April 15th for training purposes. 45
