<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7909 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2012 – 2013 LABOR AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE MOUNDS VIEW PUBLIC WORKS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the previously approved Mounds View Public Works Collective <br />Bargaining Unit Labor Agreement expired at the end of 2011; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Public Works Bargaining Unit held a series of <br />negotiating sessions in an effort to ratify a new two year agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met in Executive Sessions to consider revised <br />terms associated with the 2012 – 2013 Labor Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit has <br />reviewed and approved the terms as represented in the attached 2012 – 2013 Labor <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit Labor <br />Agreement effective for two years from January 1, 2012 until December 31, 2013. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of March, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br />
