The previously agreed Retirement Health Savings Plan needs to be <br />restructured to meet the needs of non-union employees and to meet the requirements <br />under Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations. Administration worked with all <br />employees in the non-union group to develop a non-union Retirement Health Savings Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />Attached is the non-union Retirement Health Savings Plan, which revised Section 3.45 of <br />the Mounds View Personnel Manual.
