He questioned how the City could take action to 37 <br />alleviate this situation. Public Works Director DeBar stated citations for littering could be 38 <br />issued. He indicated this would be the best way to eliminate the nuisance. It was the vendor’s 39 <br />responsibility to remove and replace their box. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Flaherty asked if a homeowner could opt out of receiving the Sun Focus.
