Reports of Mayor and Council. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Council Member Stigney questioned if the City approved the antennas on the utility poles. 29 <br />Public Works Director DeBar was not aware of these antennas and requested further information 30 <br />on the location. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Council Member Mueller noted the Mounds View Business Council met last Wednesday 33 <br />morning stating Officer Keckeisen attended and spoke to the group regarding public safety in the 34 <br />workplace. 35 <br /> 36 <br /> B. Reports of Staff. 37 <br />1. Police Department Quarterly Report 38 <br /> 39 <br />Police Chief Kinney presented the 2011 Annual Police Department report to the Council. He 40 <br />highlighted several key areas stating there was a rise in adult arrests in 2011 along with the 41 <br />number of calls for service. He explained several new officers were hired in the past year which 42 <br />increased the traffic enforcement efforts for the City. 43 <br /> 44
