The purchase agreement at Groveland and Highway 10 was apparently not renewed. 3 <br /> 4 <br />City Administrator Ericson was pleased to announce the Coventry Senior Living Project would 5 <br />be breaking ground this spring. 6 <br /> 7 <br />City Administrator Ericson stated 600+ area residents attended the Home and Garden Show. The 8 <br />vendors made a lot of great connections at the event. 9 <br /> 10 <br />City Administrator Ericson commented the Tri-City County Road 10 Task Force meeting would 11 <br />be held Wednesday morning at City Hall. The purpose of the committee would be discussed in 12 <br />an effort to rename the corridor, from 35W to Highway 47 in Blaine. 13 <br /> 14 <br />City Administrator Ericson indicated the spring newsletter was available and discussed the Town 15 <br />Hall meeting scheduled for April of 2012. 16 <br /> 17 <br />City Administrator Ericson reviewed the March work session agenda in detail. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Mayor Flaherty requested the Council discuss the Home for Generations Program at the 20 <br />upcoming work session meeting. The Council was in favor of this suggestion. 21 <br /> 22 <br />C. Reports of City Attorney. 23 <br /> 24 <br />City Attorney Riggs reviewed his monthly staff report. 25 <br /> 26 <br />12.
