<br /> <br />(AWARD TO BE PRESENTED AT THE TOWN HALL MEETING) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2011 MOUNDS VIEW CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AWARD <br /> <br />Presented to <br /> <br />JERRY SKELLY <br /> <br />In recognition of many years of community participation and dedicated service as a citizen <br />of Mounds View <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jerry Skelly, as a citizen of Mounds View, has exemplified the courage, initiative, <br />and determination to follow his values; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he has demonstrated drive and initiative in his approach to leadership, and has <br />worked consistently with various community groups and organizations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he has volunteered a significant amount of time, passion, and energy to further <br />community causes and issues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he unselfishly gave his efforts, not expecting anything in return; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his efforts have generated positive results for the community. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby present the 2011 <br />Mounds View Citizenship Award to Jerry Skelly, in sincere gratitude and appreciation for <br />efforts as a Mounds View citizen. <br /> <br /> <br />Presented by the <br />MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />April 16, 2012 <br /> <br />
