<br />RESOLUTION 7917 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2011– 2013 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT SERGEANTS GROUP, LELS 232 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the Police Sergeants <br />(LELS 232, the “Union”) expired at the end of 2010; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Union held a series of negotiating sessions in an <br />effort to ratify a new agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met in Executive Sessions to consider revised <br />terms associated with the 2011–2013 Labor Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Union has reviewed and approved the terms as represented in <br />the attached 2011–2013 Labor Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve a three year Labor Agreement with LELS 232 <br />(MVPD Sergeants) effective for from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 26th day of March, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br />
