<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7940 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution to Consider an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor El Loro Mexican <br />Restaurant located at 2535 County Highway 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, El Loro’s Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2012; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of El Loro’s On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />License for the period of July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for El Loro for the period of July 1, <br />2012 to June 30, 2013. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 29th day of May, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
