Resolution 7964, Approving the Purchase of Business/Rental License and 12 <br />Dog License Modules for PermitWorks. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Council Member Stigney commented the Resolution does not describe the amount of money that 15 <br />would be expended for this purchase. Assistant City Administrator Crane indicated half of the 16 <br />purchase would be taken from two separate funds. She indicated the dollar amount could be 17 <br />added to the Resolution and stated it would not exceed $4,000. 18 <br /> 19 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7964, 20 <br />Approving the Purchase of Business/Rental License and Dog License Modules for PermitWorks 21 <br />not to exceed $4,000. 22 <br /> 23 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 24 <br /> 25 <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 26 <br /> 27 <br />Finance Director Beer answered the Council's questions related to claims. 28 <br /> 29 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Gunn. May 14, 2012, City Council Meeting Minutes. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Council Member Mueller requested a correction on Page 8, Line 33 stating the word “Android” 37 <br />should be capitalized. 38 <br /> 39 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
