A-1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA DIST RICT COURT <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> CASE TYPE: OTHER CIVIL <br /> <br /> <br />In the Matter of the Hazardous Building <br />Located at 8379 Red Oak Drive, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota <br /> <br />) Court File No. ________________ <br />) <br />) ORDER FOR ABATEMENT <br />) OF HAZARDOUS BUILDINGS <br />) <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Owner and Lienholders of Record. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Mounds View orders that within twenty (20) days of service of <br />this Order you abate the hazardous conditions which exist on property you own located at 8379 Red <br />Oak Drive, in the City of Mounds View, which property is legally described as: <br />MOE HOMESTEAD ADDITION LOT 9 BLOCK 1 <br /> <br /> The City of Mounds View, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 463.15 to 463.261 and <br />based on the authorization of Resolution No. 7991, adopted on September 24, 2012, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, finds that the building located at the <br />above-referenced address constitute a hazardous building within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 463.15, Subd. 3 and a public nuisance within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 561.01. The hazardous conditions existing on this property must be abated according to the <br />standards established by the City of Mounds View Building Official. <br /> Pursuant to the above-referenced statutes and ordinances, it is hereby ORDERED that you <br />abate the hazardous property conditions described above and in the housing inspection report attached <br />as Exhibit A by razing and removing the residential structure and its foundation and restoring a level
