The building at 2442 County Road 10 is within the City’s primary commercial <br />corridor and as such, vacant buildings are not desirable. <br /> <br />5. The property at 2442 County Road 10 consists of a two-story office building on <br />approximately three acres that is surrounded by, retail, commercial and multi- <br />family uses. <br /> <br />6.
