She indicated this 4 <br />matter was discussed by the Council at their November work session. Staff recommended 5 <br />approval of Resolution 8013, Adopting the 2013 Fee Schedule. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. 10 <br /> 11 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Stigney. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8013, a 12 <br />Resolution Adopting the 2013 Fee Schedule. 13 <br /> 14 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 15 <br /> 16 <br />B. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing, Resolution 8009, Consideration of a PUD 17 <br />Amendment for 2442 County Road 10. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Planning Associate Heller requested the Council consider a PUD amendment for the property at 20 <br />2442 County Road 10. She explained the PUD was approved in 1998 and involved the vacant 21 <br />office building (previously Let’s Get Graphic) on the O’Neil property. She indicated Apple Tree 22 <br />Dental was interested in the office building to be used for dental and executive offices. Apple 23 <br />Tree Dental has proposed both interior and exterior changes to the building, which would 24 <br />encroach on the Highway 10 setback by 10 feet. She reviewed the trail alignment for this 25 <br />property. Staff had no objections to the request and recommended the Council approve the PUD 26 <br />amendment. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:17 p.m. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:17 p.m. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Council Member Stigney asked if the shifted sidewalk would create any safety hazards. Planning 33 <br />Associate Heller did not see a concern by shifting the trail several feet. She explained the 34 <br />developer would be paying for the expense of moving the sidewalk. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Acting Mayor Mueller questioned if this matter was reviewed by the Planning Commission. 37 <br />Planning Associate Heller explained this was reviewed by the Planning Commission last 38 <br />Wednesday and received unanimous approval. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Acting Mayor Mueller requested further information on the landscape plans for the site. 41 <br />Donovan Nelson, HGA Architects & Engineers, stated a landscape architect has been hired for 42 <br />the project to assist with enhancing the site. 43 <br /> 44 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Hull.
