COUNCIL BUSINESS 28 <br />A. 7:05 p.m. Public Hearing for the Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 29 <br />853, Amending Title 1000 of the City Code (Building and Development 30 <br />Regulations). 31 <br /> 32 <br />Community Development Director Roberts indicated this evening was the second reading for 33 <br />Ordinance 853. The first reading was held on January 10th and there was some discussion at that 34 <br />meeting regarding Section 1006. Staff has made the changes requested by the Council and 35 <br />recommended adoption of the Ordinance. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Council Member Mueller questioned how contractors would be notified of the changes to the 42 <br />City’s Ordinance. Community Development Director Roberts explained that the amended 43 <br />Ordinance would be placed on the City’s website. 44 <br /> 45
