Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 856, Amending Chapter 1113 of 9 <br />the Zoning Code, Adding Permitted and Conditional Uses to the B-2, Limited 10 <br />Business, Zoning District. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Community Development Director Roberts indicated this evening was the second reading of 13 <br />Ordinance 856. The first reading was held on January 10th. Staff reviewed the revisions within 14 <br />the code and recommended approval of the Ordinance. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Council Member Mueller asked why restaurants with drive through services would be prohibited 17 <br />in this district. Community Development Director Roberts explained it was the Planning 18 <br />Commission and staff’s opinion that a drive through would be a traffic concern to the 19 <br />neighborhood. 20 <br /> 21 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney. Resolution 7726, Authorizing a Step Wage Adjustment for Officer Greggory 30 <br />Neumann of the Mounds View Police Department. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane explained that Officer Neumann’s performance has been 33 <br />reviewed and found to be satisfactory. To remain consistent with the union contract, a step 34 <br />increase was warranted at this time. Staff recommends approval of the step increase effective 35 <br />February 1, 2011. 36 <br /> 37 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. To Adopt Resolution 7726, Authorizing a Step Wage 38 <br />Adjustment for Officer Greggory Neumann of the Mounds View Police Department. 39 <br /> 40 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 41 <br /> 42 <br />D.
