<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7749 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES FOR GROUPED MAIBOXES FOR <br />THE 2011 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – AREA D <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council approved plans/specs and authorized <br />advertisement for the 2011 Street and Utility Improvement Project – Area D on February <br />28, 2011, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, grouped mailboxes are installed as part of a street improvement <br />project, and supplied and fabricated by Public Works staff, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received 3 quotes for lumber to construct the mailbox <br />posts, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Spring Lake Park Lumber quoted an amount of $5,436.28, and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the purchase of mailboxes and the lumber to construct the necessary <br />mailbox posts from Spring Lake Park Lumber for $5,436.28 to be funded from account <br />number 410-4650-7050 with a maximum budget amount for all supplies not to exceed <br />$6,000. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of February, 2011 <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
