Mounds View City Council March 28, 2011 Regular Meeting Page 15 Public Works Director DeBar indicated he would report back to Council with geotechnical bids 1 for Mustang Drive. 2 3 1. Administrator Report. 4 5 City Administrator Ericson reported the Council had a desire to meet with the City of Blaine and 6 City of Spring Lake Park Councils. He proposed this meeting be held on May 25th, at the City of 7 Mounds View Council Chambers. He then requested the Council provide him with potential 8 agenda items. 9 10 Mayor Flaherty suggested the shared Fire Department be discussed jointly between the cities. He 11 added that each City could provide a brief update on recent events as well. 12 13 Council Member Mueller stated common property could also be discussed. 14 15 City Administrator Ericson noted there was a water service break with a commercial property in 16 the City and was repaired last Friday. All fire code issues were resolved with the business. 17 18 City Administrator Ericson indicated Representative Tillberry and Senator Wolf were extended 19 an invitation to attend a City Council meeting. Both hope to attend on April 11th to provide the 20 Council with an update on legislative issues. 21 22 Council Member Mueller requested that Ramsey County Sheriff Bostrom be invited to the April 23 11th meeting as well. 24 25 City Administrator Ericson explained the Event Center Coordinator, Matt Bauman, has given the 26 YMCA his letter of resignation. Mr. Bauman has been with the event center for years and was 27 moving onto another opportunity so his last day of employment was April 1st. 28 29 City Administrator Ericson reviewed the proposed agenda for the April work session meeting. 30 31 C. Reports of City Attorney. 32 33 City Attorney Riggs presented Council with a written report. 34 35 12.
